How long has Heritage lake been in existence?
Heritage Lake was developed in 1992 and the Association governed in 2003.
How large is the resort?
Heritage Lake occupies 80 acres and there are 298 lots.
Will I actually own my Heritage Lake Lot?
Yes, you will own your lot.
Is your facility year-round?
Yes, but Condominiums cannot be occupied for more that 240 days in a calendar year.
Units may not be leased or rented. Units and the Heritage Lake Clubhouse may be accessed at all times of the year, although services may, at times, be limited.
Is Heritage Lake a 'Time-Share'?
No, we are NOT a time-share.
What utilities are available on-site?
Our underground utilities are sewer / water / electric / LP gas / Telephone
We underwent septic system improvements in 2013 and water improvements in 2011.
What, typically, is the cost of property tax at Heritage Lake?
Developed Lot property taxes range from $500 – $1000*
Undeveloped Lot property taxes range from $205 – $245*

What is the cost of Condo dues and fees?
Condominium Dues Developed Lot – $1150.00 yearly
Condominium Dues Secondary Undeveloped Lot – $880.00 yearly
Does the facility have access to Cable TV?
Yes, Direct TV is available at a yearly cost of $180, with a $30 hookup fee.
Does the facility have Internet services available?
Yes, The resort has free Internet available in the Club House. Internet services are available per unit at an additional cost.
Does the resort allow pets in my unit and on the common grounds?
Customary household pets are allowed. Limit must be reasonable. All pets need to be on a leach at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended and owners must pick up after their pets. No outside dog(pet) houses, shelters or fences.
