Administrative Committee:

Chairperson: Brenda Tyczkowski
The Administrative Committee is responsible for Association organizational documents. Items include the Association Declaration, Bylaws and Rule guide. The Committee is also responsible for recommending rule changes within these documents.

Architectural Committee:

Chairperson: Steve Allen
The Architectural Committee is responsible for the development of the Architectural Guidelines which are used for new projects like park models, room additions, landscaping projects, sheds and gazebos. The Committee makes recommendations for guideline changes.

Building and Grounds Committee:

Chairperson: Laura Fabry
The Building and Grounds Committee is responsible for maintaining and recommending changes to the common areas and related infrastructure. The committee also works with the Association landscape professional in development plans for plantings.

Finance Committee:

Chairperson: John Belmont

The Finance Committee is responsible for the development of the capital and operating budget. They also oversee the capital maintenance program. The committee also recommends changes in financial policy as needed.
