Clubhouse
The Heritage Lake Clubhouse is located near the lake and serves as the hub of activity for the Association. The Clubhouse has a complete kitchen and meeting area that is commonly used by the Association for meetings or Association events. It can also be reserved by owners for special occasions. The Clubhouse also has a small exercise room and laundry facility.
Pool
Heritage Lake provides its owners with a heated indoor pool that is attached to the clubhouse along with a hot tub. The facility includes both a men’s and women’s locker room. It is a great place to relax during the summer or even winter.
Outdoor Pavilion
The outdoor pavilion is located next to the lake and it is a great place to hold a family gathering. It is also the location of the annual meeting party that is held in July by the Association. The facility can be reserved by owners for use.
Tennis / Basketball / Volleyball / Shuffle Board / Horseshoes / Disc Golf
Looking for some more physical activity… well Heritage Lake can get your heart pumping without a problem. Within the common area, Heritage Lake has tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. We even have shuffle board and horseshoes facilities that are family classics!!! Check out our newest addition of the 9 hole Disc Golf course!
Lake / Fishing Pond
Heritage Lake has an 1.7 acre man-made lake with two water fountains. A bridge spans across the lake so owners can enjoy the sunset or watching the wildlife. The lake also has a small beach area that is great for kids to catch tadpoles in the spring or minnows during the summer!!
Trails
Heritage Lake has over a half mile of trails that take owners around the lake and property to see the various wildlife and plantings.
